So Ive got over 30 collections going and more people inquiring. 100% of it is collections for agents of poker apps. I dont know squat about these apps, but is it a case of these agents are giving people credit, then they lose that money and are never heard from again? If thats the case, thats retarded. Thats like giving me cupcakes and telling me not to eat them. And then these agents, who Ive successfully arranged payments for about 70% of what is owed ask me for discounts from my take, referral fees and more? I dont understand people anymore. Basically no one who isn’t a degenerate or hard up for money is going to become a poker agent. These fuckers are basically just building a bankroll and/or life roll. If they need money to pay rent or stay in action that will take precedent. The players who win end up having to hire someone like you to try to get their coin.

Good for you to get so much business. By now if people are trusting an agent is going to just have your money segregated from their own and safe….their fucking idiots. Not to mention the cheating on these apps is rampant. I know a rich action junkie who literally lost 6 figures a week on these apps. He was drawing dead the whole time.

I am sure there is a portion who do the right thing or at least try to. Then if they hit hard times….well they just can’t help themselves. Just not a great idea. Regardless of how “soft” the games are. Which every agent is going to pitch to you. Ghosting, colluding and/or straight up super using + may not get money if win = DONT PLAY ON APPS.

Even these greedy ass vloggers who can’t pass up a single revenue stream. I would say the really popular ones will most likely not screw you when it comes to payment because they have to much to lose. But the integrity of the game is still in question. Best to just steer clear.

I sure wouldnt trust them on an app. Ive collected around 20k for them so far and theyve paid me my cut as Im sure they can figure out the consequences if they didnt based on my collection methods. Smallest amount owed is 800 and biggest is 47k.

I got screwed for over 100K by bookies when I was younger. I def ran really good. I didn’t understand their business model was to not pay me if I won. This truly effected me on the felt. In 2005 I won a seat to the World Series Main and this bookie owed me 20 K. My bankroll was small at the time so he just kept delaying and I ended up having to fly to Vegas without the money. I played awful and it ruined the whole experience. BTW I never got the 20K. Upon return from my awful trip I was told the bookie was “out of business”. Lol. You can’t make this shit up if you tried.

I ran up 25K on a bookie in Arizona named Polar Bear. Polar Bear just straight up said he won’t pay me. I was acquainted with a guy who was a collector by trade. When he told me what it would entail for him to collect I pussied out. I led a sheltered life up to then. My naivety in these manners really did cost me a lot. I would pay the weeks I lost and go for the jugular when I was up. Running up huge wins was an awful idea. I learned the hard way. Hopefully my stupidity helps some people. It really ate me up and my poker game & other aspects of my life really started to suffer. Don’t be an idiot people. Like I was.

Agreed and people running their poker clubs and such are like morons for doing so. Degens gonna degen. I know personally Ive heard of bigger issues at times with agents welching and not paying players also. One group made it clear the agents want to offer credit to players its their choice but any and all chips must be paid for upfront to the club/union ownership to be sent to the agents. Thats how some of these implode too much trust between the three levels and suddenly a club/union is insolvent as hell.

Doesn’t hurt to say here because our guy Tankazoo obviously uses much more cerebral & complex methods of collections than the uncivilized lawless times of the mid 2000s.

When I asked this guy how he would collect….”I will show him a gun and then people tend to pay”. I was a hard pass on hiring a guy to do that. Collection methods are best kept unsaid.
