I have a Wolfgang Puck, a good one for reasonable cost is Farberware pressure cooker for about 60 bucks.

Fresh fruit salad. So yum. I make these fruit salads every other day. It never gets boring because you make new mixes of fruit on your spoon for different flavors. People make the excuse it is too expensive to make fresh food. I say not with targeted shopping for sales. It is also more expensive to eat shitty food healthwise. I made a turkey meatball lowfat swedish stroganoff type dish today, cant post, have to make again to refine recipe. The basics are 4 pounds of ground turkey, 2 pounds each of mushrooms, peas, carrots and onions. Finely chopped mint leaves into turkey mix along with chopped garlic and onion, 2 eggs. It was still yum to me, just need to tweak beef base and consistency of sauce.

Splits fire sauce.
1.5 cups cayenne pepper sauce
.5 cups barbecue sauce
2 habaneros chopped including seeds
1 tsp ground smoked ghost pepper (available on amazon and ebay)
1 tsp ground Carolina reaper pepper (also available on amazon and ebay)
Mix all and let them meld in fridge overnight. I enjoy dipping grilled chicken breast and yum. If you are not used to hot stuff, build up with lesser amounts. The capsaicin in hot peppers is good for inflammation in your body. Also people that eat hot food regularly build a protective layer in their gi tract thus preventing ulcers and other nasty stuff.
