half the chicken tenders (the ones on top) were beer battered








chicken breast seasoned with:
salt & pepper
paprika
cayenne pepper
cajun seasoning

batter:
1/2 cup beer
tablespoon of flour
teaspoon of corn stach
bout 2/3 of an egg
1/4 cup bread crumbs
salt & pepper
cayenne pepper

batter measurements are my best guess

i've been making my bacon in the oven lately, super easy and minimal cleanup. you don't even need to preheat the oven

set oven to 400, put bacon on aluminum foil on top of a cookie sheet and add cracked black pepper

after about 5-7 minutes (you can add brown sugar at this point if you want) flip

another 5-7 minutes and you're done

the bacon doesn't wrinkle up and stays pretty much flat when you up the heat slowly by putting it in the oven before it's preheated

6 Large chicken breasts, pounded to make a bit thinner.
Stuff that shit with ham steak chunks and tons of swiss cheese.





Flour, Egg, And Panco them bitches.




Fry in some oil for three to four minutes a side or until deliciously golden brown.



Put them in a dish and bake at 350 for an hour.



Eat.
