    INETBET screws gambler over jackpot

The entire story is over at Wizard of Vegas via this link.

    https://wizardofvegas.com/forum/gamb...7-non-payment/

Absolute garbage on not only how the site handled it, but also how Casinomeister handled the complaint, including insulting the customer. Not only did CM not help the player here, other than a small offer, they insulted the player with a smart ass comment about a settlement offering $2000 being a good Christmas for him.

Hopefully Dan is ok with me linking the Wizards site here.

The random jackpot that the player won doesn't even come out of the casino's pocket. It is paid by the manufacturer of the slot. I think he would have been better off trying to have AskGamblers.com settle the dispute instead of CasinoMeister.

Druff should start a business where he settles these type of disputes for a fee. He can make a lot of money.

I read the thread on CMs resolution page and honestly I cant blame them for this and Im not sure if the OP even has a case. Yes the Casino screwed up but in so much as they didnt flag the customer as being in an invalid/ineligible location due to a screw up on their part due to their license. If they paid out likely they could face a sanction from their license holder agreement because they indeed violated the terms of their gaming license. Its complicated to say the least. Its not like the OP deliberately tried to circumvent the TOS playing when they knew they were not eligible to do so unlike some other folks who've done exactly that on some poker sites. OP is within their rights to file a complaint with CGC (Curacao Gaming Commission) I would think where that goes is beyond me. The right thing would be for the casino to eat the jackpot and tweak their hold on the slots to slowly make up the difference. (I believe they can do so in their backoffice of those online slot machine settings just increase the hold by say 1% and they should be able to recoup the loss reasonably quickly). Should be noted this casino had 3 other complaints this year on CasinoMeister.

The slots on iNetBet are provided by Real Time Gaming. A lot of their slots have random jackpots on them that can trigger on any bet size. I have won a $8000 random jackpot on a Real Time Gaming slot with a $2 bet. The jackpot comes out of the pocket of Real Time Gaming, not the casino. This is because the jackpots are progressives that are spread out across 100's of different websites. Real Time Gaming is gonna send that $14,000 to iNetBet, so not only did iNetBet stiff the player they actually made $14,000.

I don't understand their argument about Switzerland. 100% of all online casinos that have Real Time Gaming slots offer their services to Americans. So if they are willing to break the law and serve Americans, why wouldn't they do the same with the Swiss? They want to pocket that $14,000.
