The completely unenforceable condition is you need to wait until after the SB. Saying “because this so and so aint fed me shit” isn't going to help your cause. He committed to Super Bowl. Only out he has now is for you to mouth off and for him to say “fuck him, Im not giving my money to that asshole”. He is likely testing you to see if you can keep it together or if you would rather just go scorched earth (which is your right, if you choose).
You only have the high ground here if you hold it together. Try and hold it together until Feb 18. If it dont come through by then you probably win the public relations war on this.
