You're talking about "American Crime Story: Impeachment", and yeah, the chick playing her (Cobie Smulders, a Canadian) was good. However, Smulders is a lot hotter than Ann Coulter was at the time. The guy who played Drudge (Billy Eichner) is gay, which was a likely intentional casting choice because Drudge himself has been long assumed to be gay and in the closet. Eichner's portrayal of him had lots of gay mannerisms, so I'm not sure why that reminded you of me.
