EXCLUSIVE: The Entourage bad boys are almost back. Exactly one year ago, the HBO series ended its eighth and final season with soap opera schmaltz but also a Hollywood cliffhanger: agent Ari Gold as a newly minted studio mogul. That obviously set up the movie which Entourage creator Doug Ellin wanted to write one day. Well, I can now report that’s sooner rather than later: Ellin is on page 110 of his screenplay and “gonna finish by Sunday (I pray)”, he emails me. Ellin notes that no one wants to see the movie greenlighted by HBO more than the series’ WME packaging agent Ari Emanuel (the prototype for Gold) and executive producers Mark Wahlberg and Steven Levinson. Ellin says that Wahlberg keeps promising “to kill me if I don’t write faster. Every time I see him, Mark says, ‘I’ve made 5 movies this year. Get going!”

I dont get this kickstarter shit... It seems you contribute money and either get nothing for what you put in or you contribute and get the product for the same price it is going to sell for if it is actually made. Maybe I am missing something as it is obviously popular.

I dont get this kickstarter shit... It seems you contribute money and either get nothing for what you put in or you contribute and get the product for the same price it is going to sell for if it is actually made. Maybe I am missing something as it is obviously popular.

It does what the name implies. It gets the ball rolling. People don't contribute purely for value. They mostly do it because they want to see the project get off the ground. It's kind of a charitable deal.

This particular project makes no sense and I would think it's against the TOS. Nothing tangible is actually being made. It's more like a petition.

I worked on this show .The first few years were great then it turned into a hard show when all the egos went crazy especially Piven . The hot extras were ALWAYS great and very warm to us crew guys and it didn't suck having the likes of Tom Brady , Phil Mickelson , and a list of others . NO MOVIE.

Kate Upton is being eyed for the female lead in the “Entourage” movie, multiple individuals familiar with the Warner Bros. project have told TheWrap. Though Upton has not been formally offered the role yet, she is in early discussions to join the cast, according to sources. While a representative for the swimsuit model-turned-actress has denied that any such talks are under way, they acknowledge that there was interest in Upton for the project earlier this year. Warner Bros. had no comment….Details of Upton’s potential role are being kept under wraps, though she could be playing the latest love interest of movie star Vincent Chase (Grenier), who always had a thing for curvy blondes.

So, if Kate is in the movie, that means she'll be playing herself. Man, that'll be some gripping cinema. I wonder if she'll win an Oscar for playing a dumb chick with huge tits who doesn't work out because filming 150 commercials a day doesn't really give her enough time to go to the gym. But when she retires at 25 to marry an Italian billionaire (not before getting pregnant because $$$$) she'll probably start doing yoga or something. Can't wait for the DVDs.
