Yes women stop and give more often. I have received gift cards and there is a fresh market close to my spot so i am given hot meals from there almost daily. Luxury.l cars don't normally stop.
This is a weird situation - the community helping you just incentives your behavior and encourages others to join you in you efforts. Easy to see how in time this leads to tent city, homeless encampments, etc.
At the same time no one wants to see someone starve.
I think the right thing to do is not give you money, but i understand why people do - they are way too dumb to realize they are making their community worse.

I understand there's a disability, other factors in play but anyone with self-respect figures out something else. Even prostitutes are exchanging something, straight begging is the lowest.
Don't blow it on buffets, work with someone and piece together a plan.
