Just wondering. Have gone to plant done affected your grammar one way or not?
Approx 7 weeks in now. Now down to 178 lbs. (from 196) Blood work came back good except for cholesterol which was slightly elevated, but way better than I thought. Also White Blood cell was slightly low. (3.7 instead of 3.8) Other than that everything was good. Eating out is pretty easy. Occasionally, I will have a bit of shrimp or salmon, but I am about 98% Plant based. Also, my Garmin is reading my avg. resting heart rate for the last 7 days as 38. Energy is also NOT a problem. The last 7 days, i ran a total of 16.6 miles over 3 runs and worked out in the gym twice. So, far so good. But, can I keep this going?
