Gen. Jack Keane predicted that Putin would not invade Ukraine until the Olympics were over on Feb. 20th so as not to interrupt his allies, the Chi-Comms, propaganda coup. But would invade before mid march when the ground starts thawing out. The tanks need frozen ground to not get bogged down he said.
