I'm talking about the practise of someone taking that empty bottle with it's expensive label, refilling with a lessor product and sold elsewhere or otherwise. It's not conjecture, it actually happens.

It's the same as people counterfeiting labels. People have been busted for both practises. Not my opinion but facts.
