I eat at high end restaurants all the time. That shit simply doesn't happen at a reputable place. All it takes is one former employee to go public and spill the beans and it's over for that restaurant. Not only will their reputation be trashed, they will lose their ability to serve wine as the disturbers will cut them off. Also, they might lose their license to serve wine.
And, the comment about my mom's basement, you're projecting again. Just because you're an hoser alcoholic, doesn't mean everyone else is.
