The guy who was 48-49 and avoided COVID when there was no vaccine or reliable treatment for it, while 3 people I knew who around my age died of it, yes.

I think so. He did what was right for him and mostly respected the choices of others. Or he at least respects that there are choices. And he didn't lie.
