If the chart would extend more to the left the last years graph would have "similar" disparity around this time. Vaccines and other behavior does expand it (a lot actually). The point where weather cycles in different regions have the smallest effect is around late spring. A random month there is roughly how an averaged year would look like if regional effects were removed.

My guestimation of the impact was 20% around this time.
