The judge also asked if there were any veterans in the court room, and when one person said yea the judge led a round of applause. Unknown to the judge it happened to be one of the defense’s expert witnesses.
This has mistrial written all over it.

Only just started watching trial last night. What a shot show but so entertaining. I actually watched all of kyles testimony. Judge is a bafoon. Prosecution so unlikeable.

Obviously the mom is kinda fucked up to where her 17-year-old son is taking a gun into the Kenosha riots and she has no problem with it. Even if the kid's intentions were noble (which I believe they were), that's not exactly responsible parenting.
However, the killings were self defense, and the world isn't worse off with those two criminals in the ground. I have zero sympathy when bad things happen to violent rioters.
