While you idiots freak out about he she or ze and the one in a million trans who’s faking it to go to the girl’s potty, the right is trying to make it impossible to question their fascist assault on democracy.
This is a court matter, not a free speech matter.
Free speech involves citizens being able to speak their minds without either being silenced or suffering an unreasonable consequence.
Right-wing speakers are threatened, disrupted, and often outright prevented from speaking on college campuses. This almost never happens to left-wing speakers.
The left wing wants to pass "hate speech" laws which will criminalize speech they don't like. The right does not support such laws.
The left supports censorship on major social media sites of news or information they don't like, including credible stories from longtime news sources (see Biden, Hunter). The right does not ask social media to censor anything.
The left frequently attempts to get people fired from their jobs simply for expressing mainstream non-lefitst viewpoints on social media. (For example, Mario Lopez said parents shouldn't allow their 3-year-olds to transition, and many left wingers demanded his firing, which scared him into apologizing and walking back his statements!) The right never does stuff like this.
Even Bill Maher, who despises Trump and the right, frequently says that the left is hypersensitive and constantly assaults free speech and free expression.
150 liberal intellectuals, including the very left wing Noam Chomsky, signed an open letter decrying modern cancel culture and censorship on the left.
It is absolutely absurd to claim that the right is the primary force behind modern censorship in the US. It's not even close.
