I've only listened to a few mins of the most recent show. You were talking about craps and odds and you said something to the effect of 10x or 100x odds meaning something to the effect of you can lay or place odds at 10x or 100x your original bet and this is not quite true. I play from the don't but the inverse is true from the come. If I place a $10 flat bet on the don't and the shooter comes out with a 4 at 10x odds I can lay $200 or $2,000 at 100x. Meaning I can bet to win up to x times my flat bet but I would need to bet based on the odds that the 7 comes before the 4. If I want to win 10x my flat on the point (4) I lay $200 because when the 7 comes I win $100 for the $200 lay or 10x my flat. If that 10x bet is on 5 or 9 the lay is $150 and for the 6/8 its $120.

Yeah I wasn't thinking of the "don't" bet when I described it.

In general I think 100x odds craps are mostly gimmicky because usually the minimum bet is too high for the typical gambler to feel comfortable placing 100x bets (or anything near it), so only a small percentage of players benefit from it.
