I'm thinking the chapter on "Negotiating with pimply-faced fast food managers" can go somewhere in between the Chapters on Hotels and Car Rentals. Airlines and travel should probably be Chapter 1 to hook the viewers in. "Off the side food substitutions" at your favorite local restaurant is probably a mid-way point for the class.
Could be Micon-type of money to be made here!
