Andrew Yang no longer considers himself a Democrat, and is forming his own third party. However, he is starting the party on October 5, the exact day of the release of his new book, so this whole thing might just be a publicity stunt.
Yang seemed to be the favorite in the NYC Mayor race, but he fell apart and finished 4th.
He’s not bad but third parties are lol

Exceptional case. Most 3rd parties barely register. Everyone is conscious of the risk, we’ve seen 2 presidents elected with minority votes due to Nader and Stein. Yang’s party won’t do anything.Tell H Ross Perot.
