I think Texas might approve. They have their own independent Power grid. Opening the floodgates to illegal immigration was meant to flood Texas, Arizona and Florida with future voters to turn those states solidly blue. If Texas flips blue there will be no more republican presidents. Dems propaganized the whole thing with "sanctuary cities."
