Theres a reason why the FCC requires TV stations to be relicensed and can be censored by the Feds for abuse of power and failing to operate in the public best interest.. Its gotten to that point with these massive social media giants to deny it is to be foolish about the realities of the whole picture.. You can't really file a class action lawsuit. That's just not a thing a litigant can do. That's a designation the court gives, if they so choose.
This is just another massive Trump fundraising opportunity. Like everything else he does.
The lawsuit won't gain any traction, Trump will claim victimhood as he does, he'll have raised tens of millions of dollars for himself, and he's gonna fuck his lawyers by not paying them in the end. That's the most likely outcome, IMO, AINEC.

The suit is bullshit and indeed is likely for attention/fundraising, but he's also correct regarding his assessments of social media and its unchecked bias/power.
If you are in favor of free speech- and that shouldnt be a subjective term- you are in favor of curtailing these tech companies after what they have been doing these past several years.

The Constitution protects us from the government AFAIK.
I have not looked into Trump's case precisely but his article talks about the Constitution.
However if you want to talk about this in relation to section 230 then I'm not sure who dictated publishers can't also remove people off their platform. Section 230 doesn't mean that everyone has to publish porn if they fall under section 230 or whatever. That's crazy.
