This next statement borders on sacrilege but Seinfeld may not be the funniest sitcom ever.
For whatever reason I had not seen one episode of Everyone Loves Raymond.
It kills me. The supporting cast is every bit as good as that of Seinfeld.

Brad Garret for instance.
The joke in this clip is really old but Garret(Brad) adds another dimension to it
