From what I gather you have a business that is trying to head off a potential image nightmare in the middle of the sea this summer.
The stakes are pretty high.
I will admit I have invested near zero energy following the story as I am so done with the tip stealing, nickel & dime, low rent cruise industry. I have cruised a lot and wrote about my last crummy cruise months before the Pandemic.
With the advent of aggregate apps and the Internet low bid price shoppers the business has devolved.
If I was broke and 22 I admit it would hold a lot of appeal.
Just read that fla gov piece. It does not reflect the business side of the story. The cruise lines are trying to segregate vax and non vax and charge for testing. They have selfish reasons.

If I’m being honest it’s more “low rent” as every year goes by. Same for flying and Las Vegas.
I’ll go back for sure but it’s always a newish boat in a high demand week in a balcony/suite cabin.
