I don't understand how a fair lottery could include all the tens of millions of vaccinated participants with just a few dozen numbers to be drawn. I don't understand why the spinning wheel is present on the set. I am skeptical about why the lottery prize winners will be kept confidential. This doesn't seem like an inclusive and fair process.
