I hate to sidetrack a great thread but have you ever wound up in emergency, waiting, waiting, waiting and then then you start paying attention to the process. You pick out the good from the bad in both patient and caregiver. You expect some train wrecks on the patient side but the apparent health of the caregivers is a bit alarming. Fat.
