As a Viking fan, I lol'd hard at that signing also. There's a few hundred guys out there to pick from, and they take the guy with the broken psyche. I am enjoying this run of fail by them though. They are really the most hate-able team now IMO, which is hard to be with the Pats still around. Carroll is a gum-chewing 9/11 truther idiot. Russ is a jesus-freak walking advertisement with no real personality. Bennett is scum. Sherman is annoying and overrated. They cut the only running back with a pulse this year to keep fat-eddie-lacy on the roster. lulz.

I tend to side with players when they are having contract dispute with teams. But never really felt that way about Thomas and the Seahawks. Even though their team isn't that good, they have a pretty favorable schedule and have a chance to make the wildcard. Why would they have traded one of their best players who is playing on a contract he willingly signed a couple years ago for a future pick when they are playing to make the playoffs this year?
