CONTEST: Free Indy 500 Tickets (May 30)

These tickets are courtest of radio listener "TexasFugitive".

REQUIREMENTS:

1) Must have at least 1 post on forum on or before May 22, 2021

2) Must not be banned or suspended

3) Must be able to attend. Do not pahticipate in the contest just to sell the tickets! OR....

4) If you cannot attend, alternately you can give the tickets to another forum poster who can attend (and meets requirements #1 and #2)

5) Must be willing to provide an address to receive tickets by mail, which will be sent by a third party (TexasFugitive). If you don't want him having your address, don't play!

6) Winner will be crowned today. However, no entries can be received after 1:10pm PDT.

The contest is simple:

Guess the final score of today's Dodgers/Giants game. You must specify how many runs each team will score. If nobody guesses the exact score, I will next select someone who guessed the winner's score, to where the losing score is closest. If nobody guesses the winning score, then the person who guesses the losing score with the closest winning score will win. If nobody guesses either, then the person with the fewest total runs off the real score is the winner.

If you duplicate someone else's entry before you, then your entry doesn't count!

I realize that many of you won't want to pahticipate here because you can't go, but if you can (or think you know someone who might want the tickets who meets requirements #1 and #2), then go ahead and give it a shot.

Do not troll or junk post in this thread.

Pretty much doubt anybody saw that coming.. Looked at the pitching matchups this morning and figured SF actually had a slight advantage.. Boy was I wrong.. I thought maybe a 5-2 win for San Fran... I at least had the 5 runs for SF correct in my analysis

Guessed the wrong winning team but.... WINNER for this contest. You guessed the Giants' score, and were 7 runs off the Dodgers' score.

The 11-5 final was very tough for anyone to predict, and rollinx's 7 runs beat the next best person by 2.

rollinx, I won't publicly give away your location here, but I see you're not particularly close to Indy. You're closer than I am, but still not exactly a quick jaunt over there. Can you go? And if not, do you have a PFA member you can give the tickets to?

If so, please PM me either stating you can go, or who you are giving the tickets to. Either PM me the address to send them to, or PM TexasFugitive (see post above mine).
