I think the next 5-10 years you are going to see an absolute bloodbath with traditional media. It is already starting. There are SO many awesome, independent content creators on the scene now and there isn't a damn thing the networks can do about it. You want to do a 2 min hit on Fox News, or do you want to sit down on a podcast for an hour or more? The old model of opinion TV id dead. I can't even keep up with them all, and they are taking market share hand over fist. I truly think the only people that watch the traditional media stuff anymore will all be dead soon that is how old they are. No one was watching CNN or MSNBC before, and now Fox is going right down the drain with them. I am 45 and don't think I have turned on a regular TV for anything but a sporting event in the last 5 years. The only ones still hanging on will be gone in due time. Budgets will be slashed, jobs will be cut....and their reach that is already dwindling down to nothing will actually be nothing in the near future. Tucker will end up building his own network/platform like so many other have. You simply do not need these big corporations backing anymore to build a massive empire.
