I fucking hate the Packers and the 9ers are my favorite team so this would make me incredibly happy in pants. Even though I hate the Packers I gotta give credit where it's due as obv you can't dodge the Rodge and he is clearly one of the greats.

However, watching the Packers mismanage his talent has been.......well I hate the Packers so it's been fucking hilarious! But I could see how it must be painful for any fans of the team. You could basically pick the Packers to make the Super Bowl at the start of the season for like the last fucking decade and people would be like yeah that's a good pick. Meanwhile management decides they can't be fucked to get him the pieces needed to protect their HOF quarterback or give him the kind of offensive weapons you should be looking for when you have Rodgers as your QB.

I also knew as soon as they picked a QB so high in last year's draft that the end was near. Rodgers saw what they did before so I wouldn't be surprised if he started planning his exit then

I just read a couple reports that that he is going to Denver and it is pretty much a done deal. I don't know how reliable the reports are though.

yeah I think San Fran is the most likely place, the source is supposed to be legit but who knows. San Fran to me would have the biggest petty factor but Rodgers also has history with wanting to be a 49er & getting to beat the Packers in a big time NFC game would just sweeten the deal.

lol not a dupe, I was pretty excited about Kaep and I appreciated his pwnage of Green Bay but I don't think I ever went all in on him. He never realized his full potential

Aaron Rodgers has ties to the city where my pizza shop is. His dad played football for the local high school. He comes from a strange family. Evidently they aren’t a very close knit family. His dads brother still lives in town and Aaron has a first cousin that used to deliver pizza for me although he and Aaron have never met each other. The cousin was batshit crazy. He used to have full blown conversations with the invisible man. Fired him after he disappeared for 3 hours and claimed it was because he took two deliveries at the same time to opposite sides of town. The town is only about 10 sq miles in size.

I'm sure the Green Bay Packers know that they should've went for it with 2 minutes 9 seconds left at 4th & goal.

Packers were hoping that they would get the ball right back and make a touchdown to win.

Unfortunately, that's never going to work against Tom Brady. If Aaron Rogers went for it, he could've tied the game with a touchdown and a two-point conversion. Unfortunately, Green Bay's defense sucked too and the Packers would have probably lost anyway.

I feel good about it. Like it or not Jimmy's days are numbered and the Niners need to plan out and get the pieces together for the next phase . I think they won with this pick though, we have a QB that can hit the ground running, which is good because it feels like he is probably gonna be the starter sooner rather than later. Regardless of what else happens that was a great pick

My feeling on the situation at this point is that he's not going anywhere. I think credible news would have come out by now. I think it's probably just all drama and negotiation tactics. Anything can still happen though of course so we'll see.
