Why do they even offer depositer or bonus miles. I know of no way to collect them. There is no option to use bonus points as they take money out of your locked balance. Am I doing something wrong. Someone told me to put my roll on one table and get credited that way. I cannot do this because they don't have open tables, they have tables that they seat you at, you can't seat yourself on ignition. I got on with support they pretended I was speaking in a foreign language. I turned 12000 miles into six dollars they vanished from account nothing in tickets section except for freeroll.

#1: yes, you are doing something wrong as they are only good for casino games

#2: take a seat at the smallest limit (poker) table with your entire bankroll while you try to run up the bonus dollars in the casino

you have to have your entire balance in play first, but this is easy and can be done risking almost nothing

for example you can sit at a .05/.10 fixed limit table with your entire roll, and then hit the casino with your bonus money and try to run it up

I finally hoped on with support and got someone who knew what they were doing. Tried the trick of sitting at table with whole roll but said max i couldput on table was 5 bucks at lowest stakes. It turns out there are locked and bonus sections. The only way to play thru for the bonus is in the casino. You cannot put your whole roll on the table and i don't want to put on say a 15 /30 because someone might sit me and I will lose a blind. Just had support forfeit my bonus refuse to play casino games. Just in case this happens to anyone in future. Also took 6 bucks in miles they are helping me with that.

Guy from help uploaded the miles ticket, amazing. Guy was able to give me the 5.50 ticket going to play 2k monster guaranteed man im running good lately.
