Dairy has been 100% out for close to a week. I miss it no lie. Don’t miss beef. Protein is still too low to donate.

I will give it another 3 weeks, have ramped up on chicken, fish but can only do so much of it before you get sick of it.

I was a dairy hound, skim milk, fat free yogurt, low-fat cheese, fat free cottage cheese, fat free ice cream, fat free rediwhip is the bomb. Probably had 5-6 servings daily of dairy. Added a calcium supplement due to no dairy.

Sugar free popsicles are cool but not the same.

Food variety is diminished and that blows really.

Gonna get another protein test this week. Weight has been stable.

Energy seems a bit down not sure if it is dairy withdrawal or the protein issue. Not willing to lose muscle mass.

Will carry on for the month and eval then.

Gonna bail on the no dairy, have been having more pain in joints and feel actual long bone pain that I did not have prior. It is starting to affect workouts. Nice experiment but was a fail.

Can live without meat easily so lacto ovo vegetarian is very possible.

I applaud you for deciding to give something a try because you thought it would be good for you and really committing, even if it didn't work out.
