After a long slump where Flying Stupidity kept finishing out of the money despite good odds, he finally had a dominant win in a Class III 2400m.

Dead Money, Flying's brother, is starting to perform better after a bad start, but he's drawing mediocre odds.

I figured out how to display race entry fees in dollars instead of ETH, making it easier to avoid mistakenly entering higher stakes races. Go to your ETH/WETH wallet on the site, then use the dropdown to display currency in $ instead of ETH.

probably done buying for now (unless i see a deal i can't pass up), now that i have an equal amount of fillies and colts

should be able to pump out 4 offspring a month and sell them for around $800-$1k or so total (plus any stud fees i get from my nakas) so this will pay for itself very quickly

Brody placed 5th in the griffy with 19.2 odds

Not terrible but unless she can find better odds at different distances she will be used solely for breeding

Can easily get BACK that $280 in a month or two from breeding, and could still probably flip her for $200-250 if I wanted

ShoTime Ohtani can pull some good odds but that hasn’t translated to much success, thus far

Flying Stupidity, my best horse, became the first ZED horse to die.

He croaked mid race, and his ghost finished it off for him.

Flying has reversed his cold spell, though, and has won his last 4 paid races, including that $15 race I accidentally entered him in, and assumed I had no shot.

Now I have to sandbag or otherwise I will be stuck with the class II crushers.

Freese absolutely smoked them - won by a length or two and pulled 9.31 odds

unbelievable my first couple horses couldn't buy a win

i've had more wins the last 4 days than i had in my first 150+ races - all just by taking shots on cheap, unraced, bred horses

zed posted in the discord about possibly raising the breeding fee to .25 eth, at the top end

if that happens the floor price will rise considerably because no one is going to sell a horse for less than they paid to breed it

another reason why right now is a great time to grab a cheap, unraced legendary on opensea
