If you have to pay to be eligible to win a prize, it's gambling, meaning it's illegal. Druff won't allow this.

If your account is broken and radio has started, I'm not going to stop and fix it for you.

I'm sure it's all a misunderstanding, Druff asked us to post if we are not validated and we did, and he's done nothing.

Of course, the other scenario, which has a 99.5% chance of being true, is that Druff is simply doing his vampire-sleeping-during-the-day thing, getting much needed rest for radio tonight.
