    Salmon is delicious.

But it's mostly all that farmed shit.

We have probably the cleanest salmon farms in the world in Tasmania but I still won't eat it.

Wild salmon is a rare guilty pleasure.

Just curious what is it you don’t like about farmed fish? I haven’t heard any opinion on this in the past, so I am really curious. Thank you.

Also Druff, please comment on fish in your diet, interested in what you like and don’t like.

Your Druff obsession is fucking creepy dude
It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?

    Vitamin D
And a multivitamin when I remember to buy them

Was advised by Doc to not take fish oil since it’s linked to prostate problems

Well dumbass, he started and wrote this entire thread and posted in great detail about his vitamins, medications, regimen and health issues, 11 paragraphs worth. So after he wrote ALL of that information, I’d like him to add on to it, that’s NOT an obsession. An obsession would be me doing asking the same request weekly for FOUR months like some other member did here. One post, one time is NOT an obsession. Get your retarded head right.

I’m never an every day drinker, so I just take this occasionally. Heavy drinkers should take it daily. I knew a person with very bad liver values, an alcoholic, continue to drink and started taking this upon my recommendation and have normal liver values in relatively brief time on subsequent blood work. I’ve thought to myself maybe I shouldn’t have suggested it, as they now feel bulletproof and quitting would have been advisable, but it was a friend who I really didn’t see quitting. Generational alcoholic family.
Interesting, I had never heard of this. Ordered some up. Seems like the only high odds side-effect is increased appetite, which as mainly a beer drinker I'm not too concerned about. Those IPA calories take up some space.

I take a multi-vitamin daily and thats it, re: rest of the thread

it's really helped with my anxiety, and just gives me a calming "peace of mind" effect... it hits the opiod receptors... it's helped a lot of heroin addicts get off the stuff. This is a really good documentary about it. It gets a bad rap by some, but has been a game changer for me, and really helped me out!

    Few main reasons.

They are raised in extremely crowded pens which increases the likelihood that disease spreads quickly among them. So antibiotics are added to their feed. Harmful for them, harmful for you when you ingest it, harmful for the oceans where their pens are.

They are fed a feed which is not their natural diet, which changes the nutritional profile of the meat, and also leads to higher contamination with things like heavy metals and PCBs. The change is significant enough that a coloring agent has to be added to their feed, otherwise the meat would be white or very pale pink rather than the natural pink to orange of wild caught.

The concentrated waste produced also creates dead zones in oceans similar to runoff from industrial farming.
