I have decided upon an unconventional solution to the desertrunner controversy.

I'm going to make him partially responsible here. He has agreed to stop fighting with people as much if I appoint him mod. In turn, I think people will troll him less if there's a consequence. Thus, he is the site's first mod ever.

He cannot see your IP or personal info. He only has the power to delete posts and ban users.

He has agreed to create no more than 4 threads per day.

Also, if he unfairly bans you, you can appeal by texting me at 775-372-8355. However, to be fair to him, I promised not to overrule more than 40% of all bans. So please be careful.

I have known him 10 years, and trust he will help grow this community after years of stagnation..
