I haven't done an actual won-Pack purchase yet but yeah, they do say that when it's your turn (watch the line) just return to the Packs page and you'll have 20 mins to make the purchase (it'll in fact be "purchasable" for you at that time for those 20 mins).
So is it better I open it, or try to sell it unopened? I realize that opening it is gambling, but which returns higher average value?
Sell it. Even if you were to sell the cards individually afterwards, who knows when you'll be allowed to withdraw. Also you wont be have to deal with constantly making sure youre the lowest asking price. Take the ROI and move onto the next pack

I believe they're temporarily holding back this series from the marketplace, another factor to consider if you are going to open it (cannot sell immediately).

Yeah they're holding it back from the Marketplace right now. I saw that.
I see eBay has them at $350-$400 for Buy It Now, and nobody's biting. However, one of the bidding auctions is up to $150, so that's obv a huge return on a $14 pack, and there's no idiotic wait for getting paid.
You can't transfer a pack at this time, only individual moments. Those on eBay are doing a zoom or recording opening the pack. They can then gift the moments. Would be slightly concerned selling on eBay due to charge backs.
I got a pack and pull about $400 worth of cards.
They are only temporarily not allowed on market place.
People were selling them today no problem.
If you can’t wait a day or two to turn $14 into $200-800 then you have problems.

The withdrawals are coming on slow. I joined early January and have >$50K worth of cards but can't withdraw yet.
Sounds like sooner than later you can sell the cards on other marketplaces directly for crypto (think the marketplace for NFTs is called open sea or something).

Just open the pack and sell them on marketplace. Lower fees there than on ebay, less trouble for you. And think ev for this pack is slightly higher than the base paid on ebay (230-250).
