I'm not a fan of Clemons, that said, IMO, this is a great idea.
The longer he waits, the less PED's will impact the vote, I truly believe that.
If he didn't do this, him and Bonds would be in the same vote, guilt by association.
Both would have been 1st ballot HOF's.

Also Houston can use the the attendance boost.
SF just played in Hou, I don't care what the box score says, there was 10k or less for all 3 games.
