So much of the politically motivated, fraudulent conspiracy theory nonsense has gotten out there that it's getting tough to tell if people are truly stupid or just brain washed: let me explain.
Today I got my hair cut; the barber was a 30 something heavily tattooed gal with nice jugs who absolutely blew me over with her mish-mash of confused conspiracy theories, all of which she was certain were true.
Like for example: the Pope wears shoes with soles made from the skin of dead children. Pizzagate really happened. Jeff Epstein was killed not because he had dirt on Clinton and others fucking young girls but because he was a member of the cult that drank the blood of children and his fellow cultists feared exposure. That English cunt he had working for him, Ghislaine Maxwell? Supposedly she was high up in the blood drinking pantheon the den mother if you will. Then she went on about how Maxwell is out on bail (she isn't) , yadda yadda yadda.
I tell ya, it's enough to make a good man turn Canadian.

Biden's nominee for Assistant Secretary of Health, everyone!
Notice how "ze" won't answer the question about forcing parents to allow their MINOR children to have genital mutilating surgery! Unbelievable!
"If I'm confirmed, I'll come to your office and discuss it with you."
Great answer!
But it's so historic that Biden nominated a trans woman, guys. That's all that's important here.
SCIENCE!
Think he’ll make it to the March 4th handoff?

He usually hides from the public eye and puts out Jen Psaki to speak for him.
Now you see why.
With that said, I wish President Biden good health, as I really really really don't want to see President Kamala.
Impeccable

The Syria thing is much worse than it appears.
While the left is whining about Biden being a warmonger, and some of the right is hypocritically criticizing Biden for an aggressive bombing campaign, the truth is that this is an attempt by Biden to distract us from Iran.
Basically Iran is causing lots of issues, most notably the rocket attacks on US bases in Iraq. So rather than go directly after Iran in some way, Biden bombed Syrian buildings which were said to be involved with Iran's plot.
Okay?
Biden's desire was to send a message to Iran to cut it out, while not drawing attention to the fact that Iran is still incredibly hostile, and we shouldn't be negotiating with them. Recall that Biden wants to resurrect the awful Iran nuclear deal from the Obama era, which Trump killed. Biden is afraid that the public won't support such a thing, if it's perceived that Iran is still very hostile to the US. At the same time, a lack of action will allow Iran to keep sponsoring attacks like the one in Iraq, thus again fueling the public perception that Iran is hostile. This was Biden's way of shaking Iran a bit into knocking it off, so he can make that deal with them. Really bad.
Compare this with the attack Trump did last year on Iranian terrorist Soleimani. He killed a major anti-US terrorist, and sent a strong message to Iran. Fears that this would provoke a new war were unfounded. Iran attacked an empty building in "response", just to save face, and that was that. Trump's move was correct, and worked out as planned. This was also widely supported by the American people, and occurred in January 2020, right before COVID took hold. Trump was flying high and thought a shoo-in to be reelected. Ah, how much has changed!
Regardless, so far it's very clear that Biden is on the wrong track with Iran, while Trump was on the right track.
In fact, Obama bungled Iran really badly, as well. In addition to the idiotic nuclear deal, he also paid $400 million ransom in order to get hostages released. This was sold as the US paying a 40-year-old debt we owed anyway, but the hostages were immediately released as being tied to it, and Iran then clowned Obama in their state media, bragging about how the country extracted $400 million out of the US by taking hostages. Horrible. Also, Iran had no way to enforce this debt being paid, which is why it was four decades old. We were in the driver's seat here, and Obama acted like it was the other way around. He thought he was doing something clever, but he got totally clowned and out-maneuvered by Iran, as he was with that nuclear deal.
I see we're back to those days.
Liberals have been fucking up with Iran since 1979.
One of my favorite gambits is how a film like Argo was made and went on to win best picture with the quick blurb at the end that said “on January 20 1981 the rest of the hostages were released” like they just picked a date off the calendar randomly to release them. Tehran was 48-72 hour away from Regan turning it into a parking lot once he got the nuclear football codes memorized.
Iran is going to laugh this response off. Either do nothing or kick them in the face so the Ayatollah fully understands.
Foreign policy was one thing I liked about Trump. He definitely kicked them in the face. He attacked Soleimani and basically told Iran to eat shit if they didn't like it. The message was clear. If you continue to fuck with us, there will be consequences. For all their bluster, Iran knew they were dealing with someone who wasn't going to tolerate bullshit, so they did their weak performative attack on an empty building, and backed down.
This bombing by Biden actually demonstrates weakness, not strength. It shows Biden is afraid to confront Iran head on, and still wants to negotiate with them regarding the nuclear deal, but they've just gotta tone down the attacks. They have to be laughing right now.
The problem is that Biden is too obsessed with undoing Trump's work, rather than actually doing the right thing. The fact that he was VP when the nuclear deal was made is extra motivation for him getting that brought back.
In general, the left sucks when it comes to both crime-and-punishment and military policy. This reminds me a little bit of the meaningless rockets fired at al Qaeda in 1998, in response to escalating aggression from Osama bin Laden. It was meant to show strength without actually causing much harm. Instead, Osama laughed at it, and it demonstrated they could pull off a 9/11 type attack without much consequence. When in the planning stages, the concern was brought that perhaps the US would go after them in response and wipe them out. Osama said something like, "No, they'll just fire a few more rockets over here, and be done."
Often a weak response is worse than no response at all.
He should have just sent them a shitload of cash and some falafel.

Reagan had nothing to do with it. For whatever reason they delayed the formal release after inauguration. Algiers Accords took it's time and whole hostage situation lasted 444 days. Among other things Iran-Iraq war started during those 444 days.
Yasser Arafat did more to resolve that crisis than Reagan did.
