A lot of gender studies are not at all science, but political opinions dressed up to look like peer reviewed scholarly work. Those departments in universities are usually in the liberal arts/humanities departments. To paint them as “SCIENCE!!!” is an indicator that you are wholly ignorant of what constitutes scientific fields of study versus non-scientific ones.
