The reason why this is an unwritten rule/policy is, it makes no sense and one anxiety prone site owner uses it more than anyone else.

Consider that Todd does not tolerate any banned member from even sending a message from any active account. He monitors all log ins. So the options for potential dupes are to ask for dupe privileges.

Nobody who is a “friend” of Todd, an active member on his other site, someone who agrees with and or supports all topics Todd i.e. Glock ownership, transgenderism etc. has to ask how to reach said site owner. Todd has played his hand and it's a bluff
