1st Amendment Audit Videos- Like or Dont Like?

Been meaning to post this for awhile, I enjoy these 1st Amendment Audit videos. The idea is to educate the public and law enforcement officers about the right to film/photography in the open free public, exercise free speech, free media and the 1A. Also educate on California PC 148 G.

Disclaimer- By posting this, I am not anti police or encouraging hate for law enforcement, I just enjoy the videos and content.

One of the originals is Phil Hernandez with High Desert Community Watch out of Victorville, CA. Several years back, Phil got jacked by some LEOs and it just bothered him for about 2 years and started filming and live streaming the cops and visiting post offices. I'm not sure who was first- HDCW or Johnny 5-0.

I actually watch 1A audits often, more for entertainment of hearing dumb things the cops and sometimes the auditors say.

I've never seen this kind of video before. I guarantee they're all made by white people. A black person never would have survived, and the cop would get away with it.

What I know- HDCW and SGV News are Hispanic and Johnny 5-0 is white. Seems to be alot of auditors that are Hispanic in central CA too.

Latinos can often pass for whites especially if they don't have accents. I'd be very surprised to see a comparable video made by a black person. Unless there was a big crowd around, maybe not even then.
