Whenever fucked up celebrities die early, I always wonder if there was more to the story (and there usually is). Even celebrities not known to have personal issues often turn out to have had a secret life behind the scenes where they lived irresponsibly.
I remember that Luke Perry's death hit people pretty hard because he was known to be living a healthy, clean life, and he just ran really bad and abruptly died in his early 50s. I'm not usually affected by celebrity deaths, but that one actually encouraged me to finally expend the effort to get the right medication combo for my blood pressure -- something which had failed in previous attempts, and I had kinda let it go.
