was this a hate crime?Cedric Moore, 28, was caught on video exiting a vehicle and sneaking up behind the boy who was identified as Ethan Hagler, and striking him on the side of the head, sending him falling to the pavement. Moore then runs back to the vehicle and leaves the scene.
NO! black people are incapable of feeling hate, or anything for that matter, they must be coddled and celebrated for their rich culture.
