Starting pitching decisions has played a huge role this postseason. Moving away from the traditional 5 man rotation has impacted playoffs a lot. The Rays “bullpen heavy” strategy can get blown up BADLY in a playoff series.

Was shocked to see the Dodgers choke with guys on 2nd and 3rd like that. Also similar to Rays game 4 man 2nd no outs when they tied it up. Got nothing, Sox walked off

Agree as well about Souza. A pet peeve of mine with the Rays is they often play match up, rather than the best players. Overall tends to work but maddening to see a big bat sitting on the bench. Sometimes you have to believe in talent over math equations
