Nice call. I read your post earlier and laughed when he went deep against my team immediately.

This was as comical in a Bad News Bears Little League style as it reads. All one play if you don’t have it on.

“Arozarena singled to center, Díaz scored on error, Franco scored on fielding error by third baseman J. Ramírez and Arozarena scored on throwing error by third baseman J. Ramírez.”

At least Jose hit a 3 run homer to make up for that mess. Cruz homer the difference atm at 4-3

Price has been serviceable this year (3.35 ERA).

However, when they keep sending out guys like Bickford, Vesia, Nunez, and Sherfy -- all essentially AAA players -- of course there's going to be late inning fail.

That’s good news though cause he’s probable next week against the Giants. (1.46 whip)

The Giants have installed something called the 413 Club over the visitor bullpen in SF. Just what the Dodgers bullpen needs in their time of crisis.

In the midst of the same at bat Dodger fans will boo their pitcher then cheer him. Very ploppy. I can’t think of anything like it anywhere else. It’s like every night is Mushroom Night at the Ravine

The other Dodgers weirdo pitcher Joe (alter ego Joseph) Kelly may have tweaked his hammy yesterday.

Once my home equity line of credit is approved we are betting the Giants series. Hopefully the ploppy public gives me a present. Hot off that nail biter series with the mighty Rockies.

Craig Kimbrel getting his uniform fitted Druff? I joke, you know the Dodgers won’t do anything.

They're sending out Sherify? Hello? Hello? Hello? My friend? What do I do now?

It’s nice to see a team like the Padres aggressively pursue a championship. More teams should go “all in” like they have. It’s been non stop. Adam Frazier is a nice pick up. You would think more teams with a decent shot would push all in like this. What do you have to lose?

Heard Rizzo to Red Sox? Would be another huge pick up, personally hoping that trade does not happen. Thought Red Sox would be more interested in a starter

Wonder if the Rays will make any more moves? In some ways they have more pieces to “sell” like they did with Rich Hill. Very deep team

    17-14 tigers vs twins

Anybody hit the over? Looked at lines this morning at 5 am saw this game and thought tigers and over looked good, got busy and never bet. Big mistake! Woulda shoulda coulda

Saw somebody mention the Tigers the other day, caused me to bet them last night, when I fell asleep was a sure loser but they came back to win. I am 2-1 betting tigers as a dog this year, seem like a mildly frisky team

    Couple interesting deals.

Marte for jesus lizard. Marlins covering rest of Marte's salary. Never thought I'd type that sentence. Marlins really with an impressive set of young arms, even after trading Gallen last year. Feel bad for Marte, gotta leave Miami for Oakland and that shithole stadium.

Gallo heading to Yankees. Go figure, maybe Cashman finally realized it might be beneficial to have a left-handed bat. Of course, The Boss still probably rolling in his grave as the Yankees gave away a couple of relievers to Cinci to stay under the tax.

Trea Turner COVID positive, as were 3 others players and 8 staffers.

Most came from the Johnson & Johnson vaccine -- popular with athletes because it's only one dose, and they are relatively young and aren't particularly scared of COVID.

None of them are having symptoms beyond flu-like issues.

    Feel bad for Marte...

Trust me, Marte isn't going to come to your job and feel sorry for you.

He is getting paid $12.5 million, and gets to hop from a team that is 14 under to a team that is 11 over, and in the thick of it.

Playing in Oakland isn't that bad, especially not in a contract year. Dude gets to come here for a few months, be a beast at the top of the lineup, then get paid.

Sounds like a Berrios trade is coming. I'm fine with that, as long as the return is primarily pitchers.

Seems like a good guy, was fun to watch, hell of a curveball. But he seems to have basically plateaued as a guy who, on a championship team could probably be your #3 or #4. But he is no ace.

Great time to deal him, no better SP on the market right now, besides Scherzer who is a pending FA, Berrios has one more year of control and has openly said he wants to test free agency when it arrives. Might as well deal now.

Sounds like they have the Dodgers and Padres both bidding, plus the Blue Jays. They better get at least 1 top 50 prospect.

Royals are in a really weird spot. They always had eyes on competing in 2022. The young pitchers are crucial to that coming to fruition. They actually have a good to great lineup if the top players perform to their expected levels.

Early on the young arms were atrocious. And Soler and Dozier hit .150. They fell over 20 games under. But the last two weeks the advanced projections are coming to fruition. The young arms seem to be finding it. 8 of last 9 games have been quality starts. They’ve won all 8.

I just don’t see who they should move. Dozier hitting .375 the last month. Soler back to his 49 HR form. Salvy is a stud, Santana been great. Whit Merrifield is above average. Even Michael Taylor has been serviceable. Probably our best pure player (Mondesi) has been hurt most of the year. Duffy is a foundation piece to the rotation. Keller, Bubic, Kowar, Singer all young and not going anywhere. Bobby Witt Jr is a top 5 prospect who will see time this fall. Same goes for Nick Prato.

You heard it here first. KC 2022 could be major contenders. I just don’t see a rational deadline deal this year.
It's hilarious that we as a society think everyone can be a dr, a lawyer, an engineer. Some people are just fucking stupid. Why can't we just accept that?
