bellinger is 2 for 4 tonight and is choking up on the bat a good inch and a half...his forth at bat he initially held the bat about a 1/2 inch from the knob. and as the pitcher got ready to throw (after the catcher gave the signs) Bellinger moved his hands up another inch...he hit the ball so hard the first basemen muffed it, but it rolled on to the 2nd baseman who threw to the pitcher covering...at last Bellinger is using he head and is situation hitting
