Haven't listened to the show in the ArChives yet, so Todd may have mentioned it last night - but you can 'extend' the expiration date on Caesars Reward Credits by going to www.sayandplay.com, setting up an account (including your CR information) and filling out a survey. Even if you don't qualify for a survey, you earn 5 Reward Credits, which moves your expiration day 6 months into the future.

They'll also send you several emails a day, so some may not like that part of the deal.

I generally agree with this take on podcasts, but this show doesn’t often fall under breaking news. Look at the topics and you’ll see they generally discuss shit that won’t be materially different in 24 hours or 48 hours.

Slow podcasts are a pet peeve of mine if it’s a political podcast, or sports podcast, and a for profit podcast, as the news will be old news in a day or two. I just saw a podcast I listen to post a podcast about the Clippers hot start, which I’ll never listen to given they lost by 60 yesterday. You probably don’t know what I’m talking about regarding out sports given you appear to be not an American.

I think if Druff were to cover a breaking news topic and if he cares about 2k downloads vs 3500, he should keep it in mind. His shows aren’t for profit shows, he doesn’t make his living from them, and they aren’t generally breaking news, so he does great getting them up so quickly. The guy does a free 7 or 8 hour weekly podcast and archives it and finds free money for the listeners and it seems 90% of the comments regarding the show are people bitching as opposed to grateful.

He’s more patient than me. I’d just kick people out of freeroll for next year if they only showed for the free $ and bitched about the schedule. That comment is more aimed at other comments. You seem to genuinely want to hear the actual show and are simply impatient.

Thanks for your comment BCR. I must say that I have listened to all the podcasts since the beginning of PokerFraudAlert and I am aware of the economic aspects of PFA Radio and I am grateful to Druff for his weekly show. But at the same time I miss what was before - the download was usually ready 1-2 hours after the broadcast was finished. I sincerely hope that the new laptop and music card will allow Druff to return to the previous habit, because I deal with music myself and I know how hardware deficiencies slow down audio processing. I have never participated in a freroll, although I hope that someday it will be possible when visiting your side of the Atlantic.
By the way, my first job is a basketball coach and in the 90's I worked also as a musician on ships in the Caribbean, I'm quite well versed in American sports and saw the highlights of that Clippers game an hour after the game ... the only American sport I don't like to watch it's baseball, even though it's the only one I've been to and seen live in Toronto.
