That's a very real thing.
White women under 35, especially pretty ones, have FAR better outcomes in criminal court than men, for the exact same crimes. Even females not in this category do far better than men.
This isn't just a subtle difference -- it's a huge difference. And unlike racial differences of outcome in court, which can largely be explained by the quality of representation hired, no such factor exists between the genders to explain the far better outcome for women. Judges and juries simply have a harder time convicting women and giving them tough sentences.
There are, of course, outliers. Sometimes women will get hosed in court and get an unfairly long sentence, and sometimes you'll have a guy like Brock Turner who commit rape and get away extremely lightly. For the most part, though, it's far better to be female if facing any criminal charge.
Nobody with an attorney gets jail time for a DUI. lol

This was more than just a standard DUI case. She slammed into a tree and was incoherent. It's not like she was pulled over for speeding, seemed mostly normal, and blew a .10 instead of .08.
Interestingly, this wasn't your typical DUI. Apparently alcohol wasn't the cause of this -- it was a combo of muscle relaxants and benzos. She had bottles of both in her car, and it was found in her system from a blood test.

In Alaska first offense DUI is minimum 3 days in jail, 2nd offense is minimum 10 days in jail, 3rd offense is minimum 30 days in jail, 4th offense is felony.

There are huge inequalities in the criminal justice system, but it's not due to race like most of the libs say. However, the actual drastic inequality which is unrelated to representation comes from gender. Women fare far better in criminal court than men, even when all other factors like representation are equal. This is most true for pretty white women under 35, but it's true to some degree for all women.
This is why all of the bitching about "male privilege" is so irritating. I admit that I have male privilege in certain areas of life. However, there are other areas of life where there is female privilege, and this is one of them. Divorce court is another. It would be great if none of this existed, but it does, and it doesn't all go one way, as the libs would have you believe.
