For what its worth, I got this light this week and really like it. They seem pretty heavy duty, reliable, durable and a long time investment. The waterproof rubber cap over the USB port doesnt seem so well made, but its still a good buy. I give it a 4 out of 5 stars.

    Any flashlight enthusiast (geeks) here?

A quick update since a few people in here liked the light discussion. My old Pelican 2380r started to have issues after being dropped once, so Pelican honored their lifetime warranty and is send me a brand new upgraded 7600. This is one of the lights I recommended to Druff as well as their now discontinued 5050r.

Where did you get it? I’m thinking of upgrading from the several crappy 200-300 lumen POS truck-stop offerings I’ve wasted money on over the years that eat batteries like so much buttered popcorn.

Your entire pathetic existence on this forum has been to google the thread title's topic and post whatever youtube video or article you could come up with and present it as your own thoughts.

For once in your fucking life, be normal.

I bought this unit off of ebay. I see that NEBO is also selling them on their website. By chance, eBay gave me a $15 coupon, so I grabbed one for $21 dollars. Again, its a great light and so far, liking it for take the dog out at night. Its small and fits in my hand nice. The rubber waterproof cap isnt the best, but it works. For the price and very high quality, its pretty good. I think you'll be happy with it. Also, the battery life has been pretty good and the USB recharge feature is a deal sealer too.

Here are some prices on the lights I have mentioned so far. As anything else, they fluctuate and you might be able to find sales, close out deals. Also as Druff mentioned, there are some fakes out there, I havent come across them yet.

    Streamlight HPL- $100-$120

Pelican 7600- $100-$120 (I have one on order)

    Pelican 2380r (discontinued)- $40-60 on ebay. (I own 2)

    Nebo Redline X- $35-$50 (I own 1)

Nebo 6k lumen- List $77 on ebay. $100 on factory site.

Fenix PD36r- $100 on factory site. I like this light because it is USB C and charges fast, but dont own one.

Thanks for the add. Do you consider it heavy duty, durable and long lasting? Does it feel solid and also a good beat down defense stick?

I was surprised how solid it is. It's a weapon in disguise.

Got a redline X for Christmas, it finally showed up...took my kid on a nighttime hike to test it out.

    Thing is bright AF.
