Have they been generally accurate? I don’t see any major controversies. I see some critiques, but they weren’t serious critiques. Seems they generally specialize in weaponry and have been heavy on Syria story.

bellingcat are the gold standard for open source forensic investigation, they teach courses on it. they literally chase down FSB assassins using ATM machine footage of license plates near assassinated journalists and dissidents. they uncovered the russian military advisory team responsible for the downing of the ukranian airliner using shit like cell phone tower logs.

ok this kinda goes some places so clear your schedule:

* 8chan was a right wing fascist version of 4chan. lots of hyper violent redderick, a few mass shootings attributed to posters there, quite a bit of child porn got posted, just basically a petting zoo for borderline personalities. also was the first place Q started posting. its owned by jim watkins, who last i checked lives in the phillipines and raises pigs.

* 8chan was shut down by the whole ass internet more or less and refused safe harbor by anyone capable of mitigating the constant ddos attacks against it. it rebranded itself as 8kun and came back more or less. jim's son, ron watkins, was an administrator there.

* ron watkins outted his father jim as Q on parler.

* ron watkins is also the literal star cybersecurity witness for the trump campaign in their efforts to discredit the Dominion voting system / illegitimate and overturn the election results. please stop and read this part again. let that really sink in.

* someone ( ho ho ) apparently breached 8kun and has been going through the logs on their servers. at some point, 8kun updated a security key in so many words, requiring them to email all their administrators so they could restore/retain access. someone ( ho ho ) provided this email address list to bellingcat. bellingcat has forgotten more about connecting dots from email lists than any of us will ever know. and they have, by all appearances, once again done their job.

Between at least October 25, 2019 and August 26, 2020, Jim Watkins has corresponded with Priscilla Adams DuMont of Redstone Arsenal 126 times. Many of these emails were CC'd to QAnon email addresses as well.

Her job purview is, likely, one that requires a 'Q' clearance given her role as a US Army contractor, should she be dealing with nuclear armaments.

again we will just have to wait until the 11th to find out if any of this is related to the bellingcat tweet but it seems likely and if bellingcat is saying its arguably their biggest scoop, im guessing we are going to see a lot of familiar names with red lines connecting them back to 8chan.
